Pomegranate: The pomegranate (botanical name Punica granatum), is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub or small tree in the family Lythraceae that grows between 5 and 8 m (16 and 26 ft) tall. I have been taking 1 supplement a day for the last 2 weeks and I have already noticed a major improvement with the condition of my hair and completion of my skin :o)
